Dance Fit Flex is a dance based workout combined with calisthenics to increase strength and flexibility, which will benefit those trying to gain flexibility for other sports such as, pole dancing and climbing.

Dance Fit Flex offers a great advantage that neither weight nor age group play a role. Anyone who enjoys movement and wants to train their body has come to the right place - regardless of whether you are a man or women. The pole courses are divided into levels and nevertheless pole dance is also suitable for beginners! 

Every part of the body is used and shaped. You will be able to tone your entire body and build strength while feeling great. Dance Fit Flex offers an extremely good adaptation of the body in the long run. From the change in muscles and appearance to stress resistance and satisfaction.

Pole began as a men's sport over 2000 years ago, as the Indian sport of Mallakhamb. 


This gave rise to the art form of the Chinese Pole, where acrobats perform tricks in the air on poles.  Chinese Pole is still used today in shows like "Cirque du Soleil" they are doing fantastic work by including the Chinese Pole and Flying Pole in their shows.

In contrast to Chinese Pole, Pole Dance is a mixture of dance, strength training, gymnastics combined Every part of the body is worked and shaped and there are many ways to customize the training for you. Regardless of wheather man or woman. With Pole Dance, you have the chance to develop extreme muscular strength, flexibility while learning acrobatic moves and choreography performed on the pole.

A perfect overall package, my courses, Ballet Barre workout, Pole Dance and Burlesque Chair Dance on the bar and on the chair works the deep muscles, my Belly Buster workout is a 45 min. intense abdominal and core strength training is low impact, but intense training - with guaranteed sore muscles the next day!

II am not only a certified pole dance trainer, I also have my certification as a fitness trainer. For over 30 years I have gained my own life experience as a dancer and sport has accompanied me all my life. This ensures that, as your trainer, I have in-depth specialist knowledge and can intervene in good time in the event of incorrectly executed movements.

Course schedule: Live, online courses, indoors, outdoors and I also offer home visits.

I have developed Dance Fit Flex over many years by mixing dance and other workout techniques to help guide people to a healthy and energetic lifestyle, build muscle strength, reducing fat, and gaining flexibility and balance while discovering the joy of movement.

I have been a working professional performer for over 30 years. I have been involved in sports from a very young age, I started as a child with gymnastics, where I had my first dance classes. My parents forbid me to dance, which only made me more determined. At 18 I started studying privately and within two years received a scholarship to one of the top college programs in the USA. I had already began working professionally as a performer before even starting college. My career started working in small theaters and dancing in nightclubs to pay my way through college. After graduating as one of the top students in the country, I moved to New York City where I immediately began working professionally as a performer, at that same time I got my certification as a personal trainer.

My career grew quickly doing many shows, then I was offered the lead in "Cabaret", which was the role that I would become well known for. I had a stage career as a singer, dancer and actor stretching decades where I on some of the world's most famous stages. My love of fitness and dance and nutrition has had an influence on my entire life and I believe that focus is the reason for my vibrant well-being and youthful appearance and energy. Dance Fit Flex was developed over many years by mixing dance and other workout techniques to help guide people to a healthy and energetic lifestyle, build muscle strength, reducing fat, and gaining flexibility while discovering the joy of movement.

In the personal training session you have me by your side just for you. Booking persona training is ideal if you don't have time for regular courses or if you prefer to have others watch during your training. I would be happy to build an individual program for your goals. Do you have specific fitness goals? Would you like to improve your strength and movement ability for other types of sport or performance? Are you just health fo-cused and want to have a personal program specific to your needs? Ballett Barre Workout:

Ballet Barre Workout is the hottest trend sport in Hollywood. This workout has little to do with classical ballet. Every part of the body is worked and shaped - so it's no wonder that top models like Alessandra Ambrosio and half of Hollywood love this workout so much! Instead of wearing tights, you train in your normal sports outfit. Sports shoes are also superfluous because you train inm socks. No special prior knowledge is required. In principle, it is suitable for everyone. There are many ways to customize the training. Ballet Barre is not just a dance workout, it simply combines the best of exercise parts from Pilates, yoga and stretching with classic ballet positions. Barre workout is an intensive workout on the ballet barre. These exercises primarily works the deep muscles that makes barre so affective - with guaranteed sore muscles the next day!

Chair Dance/Burlesque

A fun and sexy workout. beginner to intermediate level dance class. A dance warm-up followed by sexy fun Chair choreography, including chair dance tricks and technique. Chair Dance is one of the most sensual forms of burlesque performance. The technique of chair dancing is known for its enticingly sexy flirty use of the body in combination to entice the audience.

For chair dance / burlesque, I recommend you bring a pair of high heels. Please make sure that your high heels do not scratch the dance floor with the heel, the sole or clinging rhinestones! It's best to bring a towel and plenty to drink with you when you workout so that you don't become dehydrated.

A low impact training program aimed at beginner to intermediate level of training. The course is a dance-based training combined stretching exercises with calisthenics to increase strength and range of flexibility. Perfect overall workout, beneficial to those trying to gain flexibility for pole dancing, to climbing.

Belly Buster :

This course is a 45 min. intense stomach and core workout in the privacy of your own home. Strengthening your core is one of the most important fitness choices you can make. Through varying exercises each course core strength will have a positive effect on your entire body. Whether you are perusing other sports or just want to look better. Not only will you look better in your bathing suit, but will have a positive influence to reverse back and leg pain and bring a spring back in your step.

Pole Dance:

Pole dance offers a great advantage that neither weight nor age group play a role. Everyone who enjoys movement and wants to train their body is at the right place here. Pole dance is a complete full body workout with the amazing opportunity to build strength and confidence while having fun at the same time. The acrobatics on the pole particularly works on the shoulder, stomach and back muscles, but the hip rotators, buttocks and legs are by no means neglected. In principle, the fitness trend is open to everyone - whether man or woman. You will be able to tone your entire body and build strength while feeling sexy.

You can train in socks or high heels. Please make sure that your high heels do not scratch the dance floor with the heel, the sole or clinging rhinestones! It's best to bring a towel and plenty to drink with you when you workout so you don't become dehydrated.

It is advisable to wear shorts and a sport top, because the bare skin ensures you hold on the bar. The higher the course level, the more physical contact you have with the pole. is for people that take Pole Dance training and want to focuses on dance movement and choreography to build performance ability for pole. This fun and sexy training is not focused on pole technique, but instead movement and dance moves to enhance movement combined with pole for presenting a great pole performance.

You can train in socks or high heels. Please make sure that your high heels do not scratch the dance floor with the heel, the sole or clinging rhinestones! It's best to bring a towel and plenty to drink with you when you workout so you don't become dehydrated.
